Carl Dambkowski, M.D.

Carl Dambkowski, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer at Navire, an affiliate company of BridgeBio. Prior to leading Navire’s clinical team, he has also held other strategic across BridgeBio portfolio companies, including QED Therapeutics and Origin Biosciences. Prior to joining BridgeBio, Carl was an associate at McKinsey and Company, advising biotech and pharmaceutical companies across the world on a range of research and development activities. Carl trained as an emergency medicine physician at Stanford, where he also received his M.D. with a concentration in bioengineering. Carl has also received an M.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. (with honors) from Stanford. He is a cofounder of Novonate, co-author of 10 peer reviewed publications, numerous scientific abstracts, and a named inventor on multiple patents.
